Payment & Billing Options:

Our first option is the Discount for Cash payment method. A discount of 10 cents per gallon is allowed if payment of your bulk propane delivery invoice is received within 15 business days of the sale. To compute your allowable discount, simply multiply gallons purchased times 15 cents per gallon and subtract that amount from your total invoice. (i.e. 250 gallons purchased x .10 per gallon = $25.00 total discount) Any invoice that remains unpaid 30 days after delivery is subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month. Take advantage of our Online Payment Option and never miss a payment due to late or substandard mail delivery. Online payments may be made via credit card.

Our second option is our level billing budget payment plan. Customers utilizing this payment method are invoiced a fixed monthly amount based upon their annual propane consumption at a fixed rate per gallon. Budget payment plan customers are not assessed a finance charge on their unpaid balance.

A third option is the Prebuy-Purchase Plan. This option is only available for subscription between May 1 and October 31st of each year. The Pre-Purchase plan option allows you to secure a firm price, at summer rates, for propane deliveries made throughout the ensuing heating season. Please contact us for the specifics of the Pre-Purchase Plan.

Another option is Guaranteed Pricing. When taking advantage of this plan you are guaranteed a "not to exceed" rate for your heating season propane purchases.

The final option is Cash on Delivery. Needless to say, most customers find this method inconvenient.

Our terms of sale are quite simple. Keep your account current (no unpaid balance older than 45 days from delivery) and we will continue to supply you with propane.

We understand that unexpected events can occasionally place our customers in unintended financial hardships. Should you find yourself unable to maintain your account in "current" status please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you in setting up a deferred payment agreement to keep your service from being interrupted.

Invoicing options:

• Onsite ticket drop: Ask our office to have your driver leave the ticket in your door or under the tank lid for immediate viewing.
• Electronic billing: To receive your invoice via email please contact our office to sign up.
• Standard Mail: If you would like to have your invoice mailed via USPS please inform the office.
